These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Taskly Board application ("the app"). By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1 Description of Service

Taskly Board is an iPad application for task management using Kanban boards. The app offers both free and paid subscription features.

2 Account Registration

Some features require creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

3 Subscriptions and Payments

Both plans include a free 2-week trial for new subscribers.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
• Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription

5 Pro Features

6 AI Features

AI features require a separate subscription to a supported AI provider (Anthropic Claude or OpenAI ChatGPT). Taskly Board does not provide AI services directly. Your use of AI features is subject to your AI provider's terms of service.

7 User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in the app, including tasks, projects, notes, and handwriting data. We do not claim any rights to your content.

8 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

✕ Use the app for any unlawful purpose
✕ Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our backend services
✕ Interfere with the app's functionality or other users' access
✕ Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app

9 Data and Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in that policy.

10 Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

12 Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time.

13 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
